1 General Terms

3.2 Account Security

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one ubd11 account. If an attempt is made to create multiple accounts, all related accounts will be terminated and all balances may be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can be used only once per user.
• Each bonus has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled if it expires.
• ubd11 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
• Deposit bonuses apply only at the time of the first deposit.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

11.2 User's Own Actions

11.3 Third-Party Payment Delays

ubd11 will not be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties in the case of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfers, but we will always cooperate to resolve the issue.
